CWZ Series Small-sized axial flow fan 

1,General

CWZ series marine small sized axial fans are suitablefor ventilation of kitchen, lavatory, bulkhead, the public place and meeting room, etc. in the naveal and merchant ships. They are also applicable in other place that suit.

2, Features

The fans are designed according to arbitary vortex falow method. We choose the most reasonable vortex flow coefficient on the basis of the fans, specification, distribute every sectional character-istiv speed & length of the vanes, the fans have low noixe, small size, tight weight, stable performance, ect.

In the course of designing & manufacturing, we had thought fully of the marine special conditions , the impellers are strictily made by dynamic balance adjustment & over speed test. Therefore, the fans als have the features of good-anticorrosion, anti-swing, vi-bration resistance, shock resistance, stable running and safe reliable.

The fans can be used with 380V/220V, 50 HZ or 440V/220V 60HZ.

3, Structure

The fans can be made into two structure types, type 1(tube type), type 2(porthole type)

Type 1 is for ventilation of short tubes or fixed on the bulkhead.

Type 2 is fixed on porthole or the bulkhead. Since its' water-proof, it can be easily opened or closed to keep rain or sea water out.

Impeller is made of cast alumimium alloy, casing is welded by steel sheet.
